Industrial wet dry vacuum - operation controls

CAUTION

Be sure both control valves are in off

position before connecting air supply

to valve (12). Lock lid to drum (4)

To Start - connect air supply to

universal coupling (12).

Screw Handle (1) - unwind up to

fully open position for vacuum only

operation.

Float Valves (8) - to be attached

to black threaded tubes for wet

operation.

WET OPERATION - only

• Close Reverse valve (6).

• Turn valve (5) to start vacuum

• Float valves will rise as fluid rises in

drum shutting off vacuum even if air

supply is still active.

Reverse OPERATION - only

• Install drop pipe (10).

• Connect vac/pump hose to port (3).

• Close Vacuum valve (5).

• Turn valve (6) to start reverse pump

out.

Dry OPERATION - only

• Connect dry filter cartridge (11) to lid

using springs (7).

Vacuum - Screw Handle up - activate

Reverse Filter Clean - Screw Handle

down - activate control 6.
